Enjoyed the place, especially my double room. The location was beautiful, next door to Karst Gallery. And it was also so close to Urubamba and ollantaytambo and Moray.

Everything was ideal.

The bedroom was fantastic and spacious. the bed was comfortable, and there was a bath. the staff members were incredibly helpful. the location was quiet and beautiful, conveniently close to the train station.

The room was spacious and huge and included an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Private bathrooms, that included a roll-in shower. Location: the hotel was near a medical clinic, Moray and another area. All of the staff was extremely friendly and best and attentive to guests.

This hotel boasts stunning views, a fantastic variety of delicious food, and incredibly friendly staff that make the experience truly enjoyable.

The facilities for families were excellent, with a great pool and games area for everyone to enjoy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of information and answering any questions we had. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful location with some lovely walks nearby. The breakfast was decent, and the restaurant offered some great quality food options.

The distance between the hotel and some of the main attractions was a bit of a letdown, but the hotel did offer a shuttle service which helped. We did notice a few ants in the bathroom, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near a medical clinic for foreigners, providing extra peace of mind in case of altitude sickness. the hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service and delicious breakfast. the sauna is fantastic and the spacious suite is well-decorated, adding to the guest's comfort.

Some guests had trouble sleeping due to the noise from the main road located outside the hotel.

We had an unforgettable city break thanks to a fantastic hotel. the location was key, being situated close to all the must-see spots, and a supermarket was just a stone's throw away. the two complementary facts that we loved were the breakfast and laundry services. Every morning we woke up to a hearty breakfast that kept us going all day. Laundry was always done on time, and their attention to detail was impressive. We also loved the spacious room that allowed us to stretch our legs and get a good night's sleep.

the service impressed me throughout my stay; staff provided professional help with everything from serving breakfast to arranging a full body massage. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing, offering a range of beauty treatments, manicures, and pedicures. the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were exclusive amenities in this resort. the restaurant served a variety of fine cuisine and special diet menus. the rooms were spacious, and the back massage eased away my tensions. the sun terrace and the garden area provided comfortable settings to relax and recharge.

The only negative aspect that I noticed was that the hotel was located on a main road, and it is necessary to take transportation to get to restaurants and shops. this was a minor issue as the location was peaceful and surrounded by breathtaking views.
